If you drive or own a vehicle, you need to be aware of the many laws about driving, vehicles, road rules and highways. Anyone who owns or uses firearms must also know about the many laws that control firearms in Victoria. Laws about roads and highways are also important for livestock owners. Being ignorant of the law is not an acceptable defence if you inadvertently break a law.
