Fuel re-selling agreements

The Oilcode states that each party to a fuel re-selling agreement has certain rights and responsibilities. In particular when a retailer and a supplier enter, renew or transfer a fuel re-selling agreement, the supplier must give the retailer a disclosure document that includes specific information, which will assist the retailer to make an informed decision about the agreement.
